I want you to be happy with your purchase! If something really isn’t as you expected it to be please do get in touch and I’ll try to make things better for you! I do try to represent the yarn as faithfully as possible on the Etsy site but do bear in mind that monitor displays can vary. If you’ve changed your mind about something once you’ve seen it in real life, you’re welcome to send it back in re-sellable condition (at your expense) and when I’ve received it I can process a full refund via Etsy.
Caring for your yarn
All my yarn is dyed with non-toxic acid-set-dyes, and is rinsed really well with no additives in the final wash. I recommend you hand-wash all your finished items in a gentle soap so that you preserve the bright colours. Although they are fixed during the dyeing process, the colours can occasionally run and it’s much safer to wash gently by hand than risk your finished items. Sometimes yarn can ‘fade’ on to your fingers if it’s a really intense colour, but this is very rare as my yarn is rinsed really well. Occasionally you can get knots in a skein and this is part of the normal yarn spinning process. One or two knots are pretty normal but if you do find more than this please let me know as you may have a rogue skein! Do contact me if you’re not happy with the quality of the yarn and I will do my best to help.
